Recently had a purchase to make...selected Londero, it went like this...
1) Called, checked stock. Yes, it is here.
2) Purchased online... click click done
3) Received email confirming order
4) Received email, shipping label created
5) Received email from courier, item has been picked up by courier.
This is just 5 hours after calling... 4 hours after purchase
A few more tracking emails arrived indicating status
2 days later, in my hands, excellent.
Thanks for the fantastic service, will purchase from Londero again
