Maybe double check.. had to modify my comment because I didn't notice it looks triangular. I had a SA20 years ago but sold it so I can't confirm, but the carbine upper has the circular cups. Hmm..

Best pic I could find of my old SA20. I think you're good, as these look like they're triangular as well. Never really paid attention to it.

Hi Guys, quick question, would this upper take the SA20 handguards? I'm asking because i pickup this upper today and the front cup is the triangular one as you can see in the pictures of the post.

All CC SA20's (C7A1/A2) have the triangular cup, the 15.7" (SA15.7/C8A3) have the circular cup.
They come from the same assembly line as their military counterparts so all parts pertaining to the upper receivers are the same.
Just so there is no confusion

Also, anyone here received his 15.7 upper? Could you guys get a picture of the 2CO85 markings on it?

Mine came in with a defect.. (Not from FOC thought)

They are probably just break up and parting out rifles. That's what I had to do to build my clones.
