First off, stay away from that norinco garbage

Grab a sd 9 ve or a ruger sr9 off ee for sub 400$

How much do you want to spend ?

M&p 9 2.0 or a Glock 17... both good quality pistols in a reasonable price range. Crisp trigger resets and no safety to fiddle around with. Don’t waste your money on cheap junk you will want to get rid of later on
I agree to avoid norinco and I would also avoid the sd9 as it’s trigger is complete junk.

Yes the trigger is junk on the sd9ve 100%

We need to know how much the OP wants to spend though lol

The mp9 and g17 are great choices

FNS is a good option. For me the grip angle provided a much better natural point of aim than a Glock.
    Insert clever signature here...

Any of the CZ 75 variants... my first pistol was a SP01 Shadow and it was a few dollars over your budget with taxes.

    Can't go wrong with a Glock 17.

You can use the magazines in pistol carbines too. Thats a bonus!

I put my order in for a glock 17 gen 5. Been researching for hours and decided to go with the glock. Went out to the store and I liked how the grip felt. checked out a few handguns and I loved the CZ shadow 2 but it was a little expensive.
Thank you all for the recommendations.
