COURSE: SF Tactical Shooting Package 2, 19-21 April 2019, Abbotsford, BC

Veritac Global is pleased to announce that Abbotsford Tactical Shooters (ATS) is once again hosting our revised training curriculum, open to those who are Veritac alumni (DSTO, MWO, MWOST), regular ATS members and agency/military.


All else will require a note or letter of endorsement from an insured instructor, facility or school stating that you have met the standards for SFTP1 which will be recognized, or not, at our discretion.

This course will be instructed by one of our former JTF2 Operator special forces guys. This is an opportunity to receive quality instruction from a member of one of the most secretive and elite special forces units in the world.

The SFTP2 is a continuation of our graduated training program. In this module, participants will be exposed to intermediate tactical shooting skills with an aim to further expand the shooter’s capabilities. The shooter will focus on creating the foundation of an operationally employable skill set (law enforcement or competition shooters).


Main teaching points include:
• Range safety and standing orders review
• Principles of tactical shooting review
• Stop The Bleed® certification and introduction to Tactical First Aid
• Static shooting
• Standing turns
• Walking turns
• Positional shooting
• Introduction to shooting on the move
The graduated SFTP program is a 3-stage approach to building core competency through training and experience within the individual. Participants will be evaluated after each package and provided with a recommendation for progression.


Optional specialty ratings can be obtained after completion of the graduated SFTP program.
