not my style, but fn makes some really fine firearms.
my savage is sub moa out of the box, which for 600 bucks suites me fine.

It’s essentially a Browning BAR designed in the 60’s. it’s been discontinued for 4 years or so. This will more than likely be a batch of nos rifles. That’s what the last batch of fnar heavies were. When my fnar heavy wouldn’t group, I attempted to talk to fn. they basically told me that once they were imported, the warranty was unobtainable. It was never a line that was supported in Canada.

Firearms Outlet has it for $2000. Durham Outlet indeed lists it for $1799... I think I'll pull the trigger on one of these...

Bought a heavy couple years ago.
Sold it to my nephew who is doing magic with it.
In spite of the color I'm really not a fan of, I just placed an order one.
One more for the Liebs to grab from me.

The trigger is pulled...!!! Now one needs to figure out which optic would go best on this... Something 1-6 power I'm thinking...

The FNAR deserve the best you can afford, they just are so much fun to shoot at 500 metres … and they still are MOA or best.
Yep, fixed wing is great but rotary wing is ... GREAT. Life is good. JP.

Is anyone planning on importing the black “tactical” version? The blue is a bit noisy for me.

Is it possible to buy the FNAR heavy furniture form FN or browning and swap it? Then one would only need to get the receiver painted black... Also @North_Sylva what do you mean when you said these rifles are NOS rifles?
