    Barnaul 7.62x39 FMJ, $174.95 per 500

We're over stocked in Barnaul 7.62x39 FMJ. It is $174.95 per 500 while supplies last.

Is this steel cored and steel jacketed ammo? Looking for alternatives to surplus for my range as they don't allow steel core or jacket.

    Thanks!

Ooo good deal but $58 for shipping kinda kills the deal

I've used these before and it's a good price. They have a lead core bullet with a FMJ, but the case is steel, not brass. Most ranges will accept them, some uneducated ranges won't.

Most accurate commercial FMJ I have shot from my CZ 527 and SKS's, clean burning and works every time. It's the only non-corrosive FMJ I will consider buying in 7.62x39 right now. Barnaul offerings in 7.62x54R and .223rem are actually pretty good too.

I didn't find anything official but from reading online it looks like it's copper washed steel jacketed, lead core, steel cased. If the bullet sticks to a magnet they basically won't let you shoot it at my range. Too bad, awesome deal!
