wait.... so since you are handling BCL does that mean you will be doing all the warranty work for them now? because if so that may be a game changer...

I had some issues with BCL, Srnm. Ron, the shiny new BCL service guy, was excellent and got me sorted out in 7 days, as opposed to the previous 8 months of waiting.

I used a BCL-102 for deer in the fall. Loved it, will hunt with again. The only issue I ran into was the aluminum forearm being damned cold.

Well given the SN above, BCL has sold +1400 rifles since then made mine.
    And mine is a keeper.

    BTW cold aluminum covered.

Nice rig! The metal cold was my lack of forethought. Luckily I had a share shemagh with me, which was pressed into service.

I’ve read that the newest 102’s have fixed the recent ejection issues, is that the case and are there any other changes to the design?

That's correct. BCL was shutdown for 8 weeks and they identified the issue mainly on faulty gas rings that were unable to provide a good seal.

The current production BCL-102 coming through us have no ejection issues.

Good to hear and thanks for the reply.

Is there a way to identify the latest version when shopping at a dealer? Serial number range or other markings?
