Excuse me for jumping into this old thread- I just picked up one of these from Tenda and im wondering what rings you used so that you can still see the front sights?

because some people like me will never buy a rifle without iron sights even If we do scope it we like the idea of iron sights to fall back on should we want to..... After using the ranger while you can use the irons with the rail still mounted it would be a lot easier with the top rail removed. Still you have the options to adjust your rifle to whatever set up you want. Even with a scope mounted at least with the rings I put on my ranger it is still possible though much harder to see down the rail for the front iron sight.
