What's the muzzle thread? And very interesting alignment of that fiber front sight, is it adjustable, I can see the windage screw on the rear.
Are you familiar with The Shmoo, Mr. Fisher?

The synthetic stock aside from a small warp at the end on a CZ 527 that I picked up is outstanding to hold and feels like the faux leather on the arm rests in your car.

Is this rifle longer than the Beech stock 557 ranger? or is it an optical presentation because of the muzzle break?
How much does this one weigh?
Is that a new metal magazine or the same regular 557 ranger magazine with the polymer base etc..?

A nice accurate 308, always room for one more.
Yep, fixed wing is great but rotary wing is ... GREAT. Life is good. JP.

They don't. There's a slot in the middle of the rail that you can look at the sight through. It all lines up perfectly.

because some people like me will never buy a rifle without iron sights even If we do scope it we like the idea of iron sights to fall back on should we want to..... After using the ranger while you can use the irons with the rail still mounted it would be a lot easier with the top rail removed. Still you have the options to adjust your rifle to whatever set up you want. Even with a scope mounted at least with the rings I put on my ranger it is still possible though much harder to see down the rail for the front iron sight.
