How many guys have done the mod for the rear take down pin? And is it worth it? If it is can we have that done before our next lowers ship?

I'd definitely call em gen 2, but the gen 1 will still hold great value... all thats changing is expanded compatibility, but in honesty they were already compatible with the vast amoubt of AR parts so it's not a biggie.

That is correct, however, I’m sure if someone with the thicker hook, could easily remove a small amount of material to accommodate the couple of triggers that don’t fit.
The hook is very meaty( for lack of a better word) and removing a small amount from the bottom of it should be fine.

    But it may void warranty

No they will not be. They will be referred to as Gen 1.11427B.
Gen 2 is early in the theoretical planning stages, looking into an alloy of Rarified Energon and cybernucleic acid, offering a potential 98% weight savings for hunters as the gun will literally carry itself. Have to wait for NASA to get back to us to see how the supply is but it's safe to assume it'll be very, very expensive.

And yes. You were just trolled. There are no generations, just modern sporters.

To date 4 that we know of. With the revision of the hook angle it is not required so going forward the rear TD pin will still be a fixed in place pin.
Altering the hook slightly is a far better way to deal with the few triggers that are the source of the problem.

This should never be a warranty problem. Assuming someone does not go full blown retard with the power tools that is. To put an angle on the hook station should not take more than a few passes with a file. But do keep in mind warranty expressly does not cover "stupid" and we all know there are guys out there that should under no circumstances be allowed to work with anything more complicated than a spork.

There are only two types of people in this world, those who want to control others, and those who have no such desire. The former is the enemy of humanity.

What would a budget build for something like that total up to? I'd like that setup too.

I am in the last 80% of run 2 for a complete set. Have depression because this may be a 2020 season rig and dust collecting on all the bits in waiting. However, as I have said here before, all good things to those who wait.
