It turns out that NEA did provide the files to Troy. Besides that it is 100% a Troy rifle.

There is currently no ETA at this time as the model I think they were basing it on, the BCL102B (5.56 one), was deemed to be restricted as an AR15 variant.

How is there no pictures or more specs on this rifle? Not a good way to drum up excitement. If the rifles were already paid for and the preorder was not needed, then why not wait until the rifle was closer to being released?

So if Troy purchased the plans from NEA, and the FRT says the NEA is the manufacturer, and the notes say the rifle is manufactured by NEA and BRANDED as a Troy, does that mean the NEA plans haven’t been modified at all? Same specs and tolerances? Just Troy stock and other parts bolted on to the NEA receiver set, which is suppose to be made by Troy, in the USA... while the FRT says Canada...
