How long will it take to ship out once purchased?
ordered mine on sept 30. try calling in today to ask them about something else but they didnt pick up the phone. sent them email and no reply. will try again tomorrow.

Allegedly the sales team wasn't in yesterday. They emailed me back, saying they should be catching up and have things shipped by friday or next monday.
