    These are restricted due to barrel length and yes we have an FRT number, we will post this on Monday as everyone has gone home for the weekend.

    It should be restricted. Centrefire, less than 660mm length and barrel less than 470mm. Or 26.5 and 18.5 in real numbers.
    Magazine capacity is a question mark though, if FRT says pistol then should be 10.

    I would assume they would follow the logic of the vz 61 skorpion that it is a commercial version of the original SMG thus making it a restricted rifle and thus limited to rifle magazines.

    Vz 61 came in as a rifle cuz 32acp pistols are prohibited. Seems the cowboy cops are saying now 10 rnd pistol mags that can be used in rifles are dual purpose and thus restricted to 5 ends but then again yes I k ow 10 rnd AR pistol mags etc...
