Further question for Blue Line; These firearms are sold and marketed in the United States without a stock as "GSG MP-40 Pistol", since there is a recognized pistol version, couldn't we get 10 round magazines marked as "GSG MP-40 Pistol"?
What would the ramifications be if a consumer were to add a second rivet at 10 rounds then remove the rivet at 5 rounds (thus the magazine never being un-pinned) and then to paint or engrave "GSG MP-40 Pistol" on the magazine body?

As long as it's painted in Rider Green, you are good to go.
Rcmp do not recognized them as true pistol so no 10 rds mags, just like skorpion.
