An update to you all, the chinese honor guards were using full chrome SKS rifles before Jan 1st 2018, members of honor guards were all from chinese armed police. The PLA took over the honor guards after Jan 1st 2018 and the blued bayo SKS were used by PLA honor guards ever since.
