Dude, there's literally nothing to these things.

Pull the two takedown pins, drop the bolt down and out the bottom of the upper starting at the front first. The charging handle then falls out. Slide firing pin retaining pin out and firing pin and spring then slide out. Push down on buffer retainer pin (same as an AR) and pull buffer and spring out.

    Reverse order to reassemble.

    No tools required.

After you've done it the first time takedown is a 20 second job.

FYI, I have 3 TD carbines. This one is unfired as I just picked it up yesterday but my other 2 run 100%, aren't ammo sensitive and are built much more solid than the FX-9. My original gen TD in 40 S&W went ~1500 rounds and had the firing pin break which was a known issue early on. Pin was replaced with an updated pin and is no longer an issue with these guns. Other than that ZERO issues.

My FX-9 stayed around for a month. Sure it was cool if you wanted to switch out the handguard but other than that I saw NO big positives over the Thureon Defense. Also the FX-9 felt a little lighter but the receiver halves wiggled when assembled. It was nowhere near as solid as the TD. The slim handguard on the TD feels really nice in the hand as well. Plus I'm a side charging handle fan.

    Just my .02

Did you bring in any of the 15" top rails? If not, is this something you can order in for me?

Looking to get my hands on one.

^^^ so I take it that you don't want to sell accessories for these... I guess I'll just have to import one.

    Thanks anyways

Got cabin fever, made a minor modification to the thureon this week. Turned out pretty nice actually, I hated that hole shot piece of pipe handguard it had before. Tore it off, cut it down and turned it down until the handguard I had kicking around was a slip fit. Guess we will see if it holds up.
