    Its not an explanation of OIC's actually. Its an explanation of administrative law in regards to revocation of registration certs. It might be caused by an IOC, but its unrelated.

    It’s my understanding that that is well outside the purview of the Feds. Cities are under provincial jurisdiction.

    I'm wondering if there will be confiscations of firearms. Could I apply for my tax return for what I payed for firearm and I still have receipt available.. ??
