How about this for throwing a wrench into the system?
From the Canada Post Website:
Delivery of Registered Mail
Where mail is normally delivered to the addressee’s door, the Registered Mail item will be delivered to the door, provided there is someone available to sign for the item. If no one is available, a Delivery Notice card will be left in the mailbox. Registered Mail delivered to a group mailbox, community mailbox, rural mailbox, post office box, or via general delivery, will be automatically carded with a Delivery Notice card.
A signature is mandatory before delivering Registered Mail. If the addressee or their representative refuse to sign-for a Registered Mail item, the item will be returned to sender.
Is it possible to never accept the registered letter?
Hope so!
If it's either loud, obnoxious, fast, hated by the general population or any combination of these, I OWN IT!!
How do you file an appeal???
Thanks for the sober second thought on a ban roll out. I was just packing up the guns and ammo for a depletion party at the range. LOL.
Either way, the Libtard's have shown us their hand, vote them out in October and beyond.
There are a couple of broad assumptions here that are cause for concern:
1) That the volume of correspondence is somehow prohibitive. The federal government has the Queens Printer at their disposal and the printing/mailing will go out in one mass push, not a trickle;
2) That the logistics will somehow buy you time. I completely disagree. The only saving grace you have is to ensure you have either a lawyer on retainer or have the cajones to push this issue yourself. Personally, I think multiple class actions on multiple fronts followed by the filing of JR by the hundreds of thousands would be extremely impactful.

Can we start a class action and some how pool all the money we pay to be members of groups to protect our sport together and hit the Gov with huge class action? Is that even possible?
