I got my BCL upper and lower today. It's my first AR U/L. Although I do no care about looks, the machining around the pin holes looks rough as sin and the anodizing didn't cover their lion symbol 100%. YMMV.

You might have one of the TNA branded stripped uppers they have. Not sure who makes them but might be Canadian National Arms
None of my BCL upper have any markings on them,the older billet ones had NEA by the charging handle if I remember correctly
