What's an upper worth like 100 bucks. You get a registered lower that's anodized for 60 bucks. That's worth it even if it needs some effort. They make lowers out of plastic and 3d print them. If you wanted a colt lower then you should have bought one of those. I fully expected the lowers to be nea/bcl. Lots of guns running bcl lowers without issue. I would not trust a barrel or bcg from them but a lower will be fine. 160 bucks folks

Yes this is common. Iv had another vendor ship out a handgun and had it arrive before my transfer was in the mail. Took almost 2 weeks for the cert to come before I could go to the range.
