I wish that when a politician starts plugging gun control, that people would rebut with a question about the obvious...
They peck at gun control to distract the audiences attention from what else politicians are up to (that are bad) or should be up to (that would make our lives better).
It's nothing more than a distraction effort to them to throw people off the really bad things they are up to.
Not that screwing gun owners isn't bad, but they do worse and it goes un noticed because we are all jacked up over the gun control issue.
Everyone should start aggressively asking what it is they are trying to distract us from.
They should be attacked for attacking guns to distract from the litany of other stupid they endorse for big business at the expense of our quality of life.
Politician: Your life is crap... blame guns.
Don't have a job that suits your expensive education.. blame guns
Not making enough money at work... blame guns
Cant affort your house... blame guns
Gas, hydro, water, taxes you cant afford blame guns
Don't blame Bank serving lending laws for the house you cant afford... blame guns.
The public seriously needs to openly challenge politicians for the sleezey distraction effort gun control is... then they wont be so bold to use it.
Politicians give people guns to hate... so it isn't focused on them.

Guns designed to hunt people, ok. Tell me how many of these guns have been used to hunt people, while in civilian hands, then we can talk about getting rid of some.
I guess the problem with that is we'd wind up banning cooey 22s, dollar store steak knives, and dodge caravans before we had to worry about ar15s. But then that would make the government look retarded so out of fear and anger we'll just ban the scary looking ones.
