A free society must outlaw harming innocent people to function, but when we seek to curtail what all of us can do, rather than holding each of us responsible for what we actually do, we give up on freedom itself.
I think it might be a sign that we're having an effect when someone gives a press conference saying that they'll do something and will look at all options but fail to commit to any specific action.
The government has limited options available to them (mainly the ability to prohibit via OIC), but between the logistical nightmare of managing that and the outcry from gun owners in strategically important ridings, every option is fraught with grave risk and makes them look desperate.
Blair might be our biggest ally without even realizing how foolish he looks.
Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam.
So the Firearms like Mosin Nagant And Lee Enfield will definitely get banned now... the libs are making terms up as they go along...just trying to play on the emotions of people who are not educated on firearms and firearms laws in Canada
GOD, GUNS & GOLD - Three Gs I seek
I shouldn't be looking at getting an AR-15, and I probably shouldn't have bought those two lowers, what I should have been doing, along with writing letters and calling my scabby liberal MP, is/was buying all the other parts of the AR,,, the ones not registered that anyone can buy, just for kicks, and I agree, when the government says you don't need that gun,,, you need that gun and I can buy as many uppers and lower parts kits and furniture as I want to have laying around,,, just not that pesky stripped aluminum lower!!!!
The liberals are taking this country far left and well into socialism in a Dictator state, this is where we see the weakness in the constitution and our political system, if they can arbitrarily take our possessions and make laws, tell lies, buy the media with our tax dollars and the public is behind them. We are up $#!t creek without a lower!
" Those who hammer their swords into plowshares, will Plow for those who do not".
Step One. DO NOT give up your guns!!!! Massive, passive, non-compliance will scare the bejeebers out of them.
Step Two. As has been discussed in many other threads here, appeal the revocation of EACH and EVERY restricted firearm you have. This should plug up the courts for years or force them to ignore the current law as it was written and passed by Parliament. An OIC does not have the legal authority to confiscate anything.
Step Three. Don't give out any information about ANY newly prohibited NR firearms you might currently have. "Loose lips, sink ships" was the old saying and this is definitely war.
Step Four. Get out and help the CPC get into a majority position in October. Hold your nose if you have to, but a vote for anyone but CPC is a vote for Socialist tyranny.
This thing is really smelling of desperation by Junior and his band of Thieves. I wonder if they see the writing on the wall about this election or are they having their feet held to the fire by their Global Masters for not getting this done sooner.

The Liberals have never been very good at math. It's why they can't balance budgets. We now have +1,000,000 Restricted PAL/POL holders in Canada.
If one in ten turn outlaw that's 100,000 new outlaws. What's the black market going to look like then?
If one in a thousand lose their #### that's 1,000 potential Justin Bourque's stationed from coast to coast.
Good luck with that, Liberals. You'll also be sticking a knife in the heart of the Canadian Gun Control model, and don't think it's ever coming back after that.
