I placed my order on the 31st and I received mine in the mail yesterday, it was shipped out on Thursday. For some reason the Canada Post tracking email went straight to my junk box in my email. Maybe yours did too.

My order still shows in process so don't think it left yet. All good , first time I've ordered here so I will wait it out to see how it goes.

That’s odd, I ordered mine on the 30th and I still haven’t gotten any updates on shipping
 
if its not a restricted I would send them an email, because both myself and a co-worker ordered on the 31st and we both got ours. My coworker actually got his a day earlier then me.
