    Superb Customer Service

    I have been happily dealing with Nordic for years but unfortunately ran into a technical issue with a brand new piece of equipment.

    The matter dragged on for some time due to the distributor and manufacturer but Brad and Cathy went “above and beyond” several times in attempts to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

    In the end things worked out far better than I had ever hoped for.

    Customer service training training emphasizes the need to always strive for the “Wow! Factor” and Nordic delivered.

    X2, as a newbie to firearms and Nordic I had ordered the wrong part. I noticed my mistake when it arrived, it was unopened so I called Nordic they were very understanding in my mistake and kind enough to allow me to restock that item for the correct item when it comes in. Awesome customer service, packaging was excellent for such a small/ but valuable part and on time shipping.
    I now wait for a charge handle to arrive tommorow. Team Nordic!
