I can confirm. It took 2 weeks exactly to approve the transfer of a restricted. I am in Quebec
im in NS. bought my AR thursday. the transfer was submitted at 8pm thursday and had the transfer approval emailed at 4pm friday. i was in shock it was so fast. i feel for you guys in ON and QC
That's pretty standard for QC... They used to make you wait a month on your 1st AR transfer a while back. SQ controls #### here so you better believe they will power trip as much as possible... That's what happens when you have a politically motivated and controlled provincial police force...
