if I've bought from private SK seller and I'm ON buyer, it goes through the ON CFO so I'm subject to the 2-3 weeks right?

Yep. The buyer's CFO is the one approving transfer.

On a side note, for everyone in QC and ON, this is gonna get worse before it gets better. Summer vacations will begin shortly so level of service will suffer. If you need something restricted for july, you better buy it now. This 2-3 weeks will turn into a month pretty soon.

First R purchase only took two days. (Pistol)

Second R purchase took 4 days. (Rifle)

Third R purchase took 13 days. (Pistol)

Fourth R purchase took 14 days. (Pistol)

First purchase was the 15th and fourth was the 31st.
