Yep, fixed wing is great but rotary wing is ... GREAT. Life is good. JP.
I've been waiting for a handgun, SW22 from Tenda, since the 29th of May.
Called the Quebec CFO (SQ) and after 45 minutes on hold, I hung up.
Quebec sucks on all fronts...
My AR did transfer however did go through and was purchased after...weird.

Ordered a Glock on the 26 the of May and it finally shipped today. 3 week wait for myself in Ontario.
Ordered on May 26th, and found my transfer notice in the mail today.....was mailed on the 13th of June.... maybe it was in my mailbox yesterday
Sounds like a case of the process being a punishment. More attempts to frustrate shooters into just giving up by subjecting us to poorly funded, slow systems.
GF here stopped by a shop yesterday to pay for and start the transfer on a Uberti Colt Walker Tuesday and got the email it was ready to go before the end of the day.
I consigned my restricted rifle to a local gun dealer in April. It sold at the beginning of May to a buyer in Quebec. To date no transfer has been approved. That's 6 plus weeks.
In the email I received from Sureté du Québec:
''Prenez note que l’arme, étant une carabine semi-automatique à autorisation restreinte, des vérifications approfondies sont nécessaires et peuvent prendre jusqu’à 6 semaines (jours ouvrables) de traitement''
Bought it may 20th.. received this message june 4th... Because its an Semi-auto restricted its minimum 6 weeks… So I hope transfert will be complete in the middle of july ! …. That's crazy !!!
