The whole Ford ad thing is ridiculous .... Ford will tell Scheer what to do? Since when does a prime minister work underneath a premier?

I like Ford, so far ... we need more people like him and less people like Trudeau.

He is also trying to divide the firearms community:

We must be united. Anyone who owns guns must be united - hunters, sports shooters...it does't matter what discipline you are in. If they come for one of us, they are coming for all of us! We must show solidarity. Three things we must do:

    1) Turf the Liberals in October

    2) Turf Bill Blair from his riding in October - support Capt. Kimberly Fawcett, a veteran, to take over Scarborough Southwest.

    3) Buy more AR15s, buy more semi auto sporting rifles, to show the Liberals Canadian do not agree with them with both our votes and pocket books. We will not stop our hobbies because of the Liberals' threat, bribery and divisive tactics.

I agree, but many people I speak to don't care about the government spending. They don't see the dollar bill coming out of their pockets so they don't care. I know it is a foolish way to see things, but many think this way nonetheless. Keep in mind right now the Libs know they won't get your vote come October, so might as well go on with a ban. I agree with what someone said earlier, banning ARs and handguns would be too much of a bite. Handguns will come soon enough. By the way what does Billy mean with strickter rules on handgun storage? Is he alluding to the stupid centralized storage we have heard of before? Now that would cost money to tax payers.

They are not nationalizing business, they are privatising governance. That's more like fascism, and nothing like marxism. Oy.
It may not look like Marxism now, but make no mistake. If it will help them achieve their end goal of communism, they have no scruples in exploiting corporations for the time being, until they have the power to turn on them. This is most definitely the beginning of forcing the root of communism in the west.

    No it's simply not.

Death by a thousand cuts is still death. They realized death with a giant club will not work. So divide and concur seems to be the first wave of attack.

Guys.. this is perhaps the worst part.. did anyone notice these points? If this crap is unleashed cities will hop on the bandwagon to ban everything within their borders.. also the secure storage part..

In addition to prohibiting some weapons, Mr. Blair said the Liberals will want to strengthen the rules on the safe and secure storage of firearms and make a series of changes to firearms laws. Among other things, the measures would allow authorities to suspend firearms acquisition licences over concerns that their owners could harm themselves or others, and aim to deter “straw purchases” in which guns are legally purchased and then resold to criminals.

He also opened the door to giving greater powers to provinces and municipalities to regulate the sale and use of firearms on their territories.
