This is true. Britain has just ridiculous murders and attacks with knives going on since they tightened their gun laws. There have been a number of spree killers that used knives and racked up terrible victim counts. Dangerous, damaged people are going to get you no matter what. They'll steal a dump truck or another heavy vehicle and drive through a parade of people. It's been done many times already around the world to deadly effect.

The proof that it isn't gun control that accounts for the steadily declining crime rate is that the rate remained unchanged when the long gun registry was established and didn't spike when it was removed. if you want to get cocky mention that 'gun violence' in Toronto went up and continues to climb since the big gun ban OIC in May. I realize the two are not related and not enough time has passed to link them anyway but that is the kind of logic our opponents are willing to use when it benefits them. But it's illogical to link Liberal gun bans with crime anyway. They may claim one is to prevent the other but we all know that is a lie and gun control is to disarm legal gun owners on principle and the criminals be dammed.

Maybe, but it’s a winner now that the mainstream has rejected the concept of criminals actually being responsible for their crimes. It’s somebody else’s fault, the kind of people who like to enjoy legal firearm ownership are their enemies.
