Anyone know what the rules are for if I shipped this to the states and brought them across the boarder myself?

    100% no unless you're a licensed exporter.

Haha! yikes! I'll avoid doing this then. I live near the U.S. boarder and they have been doing more checks on people leaving the country so that would definately be a bad idea.

Do you have any more info to share regarding this point?
i.e. what boarder crossing, when they started ramping up searches, any sources?

Magazines are regulated under the ITAR and as such require US State approval prior to export. Given recent events I would really rethink bringing them across the border.

Flat rate shipping to Canada is 25.00USD on all accessory and ammunition orders regardless of quantities ordered. Firearms are exported to Canada at a flat rate of 25.00USD per firearm.

No real concrete info to share. I live in SW Manitoba and have been crossing the boarder my whole life to pick up packages that I shipped to the US side of the line. I hadn't ever been stopped by the states boarder guards coming back into Canada until within the last year or two and have since been checked on 3 seperate ocasions. They don't do a real thorough search, just ask a couple questions and look in the back.

Common at BC points of entry for for there to be a check point set up by cbp before you exit the USA. Sometimes with dogs, etc.

I cross back and forth often since I live close to the border
If it's either loud, obnoxious, fast, hated by the general population or any combination of these, I OWN IT!!
