    It can be lazy. Esp when you are trying to get a response ASAP. You send a email and then post on a forum, because you didn't get a answer. Its like a FAX, normally you send one, then call shortly after asking if they got it. This case, no paper trail required. A phone call would have got his answer of yes, we got it, but we don't charge till it ships.

    If you read my earlier posts, yes a paper trail could be required, with my rifle from them I was told 3 times (3 days apart each time) your rifle will ship tomorrow.

    But this wasn't the case. He wanted a confirmation that they got the order. And with Amazon, I got prime, with 2 day free shipping option. About 50% of my packages come within 2 days. But I'm only paying 8$ a month, so I'm not complaining, I want my money back. Every time it doesn't show up within 2 days.

    If an electronic system can take your money instantly; it should be able to auto-reply.

    Due to my work, access to a phone where I can hear during rather long days is hit or miss; where I work is noisy, and neither phone reception or wifi work very well in my area of the plant.

    But that's OK, I am not holding this against Wainstalls, not my place to tell them how to run their affairs.

    The fact that there are so many dicks that have all kinds of time to play phone tag condemning those of us who don't explains a lot about what is wrong with our country. I am glad that none of them work for me, because if they did, it would not be for long.
