    Powder is coming, according to the plant, but I have not had a recent update. Primers are from russia, which has almoost no class 1 route to Canada these days.

    It's not entirely about velocity, 4895 is a little faster burning and as such more suitable for 150/155gr. bullets in shorter barrels while 4064 better for 168/175gr. bullets, 168gr being ideal.

    4064 Yes. No primers from Russia until shipping gets sorted out from Russia

    IMR 4895 and IMR 4350 data, work up a new load per batch number
