    forgive my ignorance but do you need an RPAL to purchase this and what are the legalities/registration needed to build one? TIA

    Yes you need an RPAL. The registration, storage, etc. are similar to handguns.

    When you first purchase the receiver it will be registered as a receiver only, but after you complete the build, the Man expects you to phone in and report the barrel length so they can update the registered data.

    This is the "firearm" part of the gun, so yes you need an RPAL and the legalities are.. you have to have an RPAL in good standing. After that you have to build it yourself using a lower parts kit, and all the rest.

    Is it too late to add a fake supresser to the order to save on shipping?
