I've tried for 2 days to call multiple times and email you about my mag order, saying I wasnt sure which I had purchased and wanted to make sure they were the metal ones.

No one has picked up the phone nor emailed back.

You should have called the US store like they told everyone to as they were too busy shipping the current orders out of the Canadian store
Pre-orders are horrible for everyone involved. They never go smooth. We will not be doing a pre-order to bankroll this project.

The audacity to make such an agregious comment to people having legally purchased the item (with their hard earned cash) "BEFORE" they even had the so-called rights.....was arrogant and desperate...to say the least.......not to mention pretty low class.

I was so pissed off when I read that, I called Troy industries in the states and talked to their customer service. The person on the phone was shocked that a dealer of theirs would make that claim...and gave me the number for their regional manager..and asked me to call him personally and explain what I told them.

I called them ...he was a super nice guy on the phone, he said that Troy loved their Canadian customers and under "no circumstance would Troy not cover one of their products from Canada" ....and that all I would have to do is have it sent back thru the FFL vendor I purchased it from, as to expediate cross-border dealings to get it back to them.

He also said he was planning on looking into my complaint very seriously.....and thanked me for taking the time to call him.

That came straight from the so-called "horses mouth"

So believe IRG's when they say that they have you covered warranty wise, and I myself would have "zero" issues at all purchasing from IRG's on any day of the week ...and any product...as they are an awesome TOP NOTCH company to deal with

    My 2 cents
You still on this? Stop being soo sensitive. You're the male version of Karen wishing to speak to someones supervisor.

It was stated quite plain and simple that any firearms not purchased through Canadian distribution would have to be warranted through whoever imported it eg. IRG. No one said the guns wouldnt carry a warranty, just that you have to get them taken care of by who you bought them from.

No idea who karen is.....just adding my thoughts on an experience directly related to the thread topic..

After I purchased a rifle I was rightfully concerned that i might be screwed after dumping 1600.00 into a rifle that i was really happy about....only to be told that i wouldnt get warranty coverage.

I then took it upon myself to get the info from the straight from the source....

and i only thought that sharing my previous experience might sway some fears in others about warranty coverage....and add some support for IRG's

This is a forum for an exchange of thoughts and ideas, about a current topic that the forum is covering....if that triggers you...then you might want to quickly grab a puppy to pet (don't get option anxiety about what breed...they are all cute.. any will suffice for a snowflake emergency)...some crayons...and go immediatly to your safe space....and relax

I as well have emailed IRG a few times about a few orders last month.

Not even one reply. One changing an order, another one to inquire about certain magazines.
