    Don't wait for the email
    go to the GSG-16 page and choose balance payment, then pay your balance
    then email them with your order number

    This is what I did Oct 7 and promptly got a response from them with a refund of $21 on my pre-order payment

    I'm confused, so I payed the full balance of 359.99 when I preordered and I got an email to pay the balance of $100 so is the balance actually 459.99?
