That's ok, they or Brownells is licensed that same way we are. This effects all sales where the purchase is not made through a licensed exporter.

    E.g.

You buy off Gun Broker, have a custom firearm made, private purchases, buy from Shields, Bass Pro, family, whatever it is needs to be facilitated through an exporter who is registered with the US State Dept. These changes are difficult to explain on a forum. When you fill out the Import Form and go through the process it will be much clearer.

Flat rate shipping to Canada is 25.00USD on all accessory and ammunition orders regardless of quantities ordered. Firearms are exported to Canada at a flat rate of 25.00USD per firearm.

No, you can still source and purchase off Gun Broker, the payment to the seller must be received from IRUNGUNS. You can no longer pay the seller or Gun Broker directly. On your behalf IRUNGUNS has to facilitate every transaction directly with the seller.

Once you have completed your first import under the new process it will become clear how things will work moving forward.

Will this effect purchases via Gunbroker or other online sites exported/imported through you?

He just answered your question one post above.

payment will have to come from IRG. So it's going to be awkward and time consuming. majority of americans wouldn't bother selling to us anymore.

For people who have used the old process and are waiting for their product to be exported, will we need to do anything?

Time consuming, that would depend on if everyone reads and follows the process, as for American transactions, you will find it will open a lot more options for you. There are a lot more sellers that will not deal with international buyers then there are sellers that are willing to sell internationally.
