RPAL License Application Question - Ontario

My application is currently in the "in progress" stage and i've been reading how it can be helpful to have your references call in. What number should I tell them to call? The RCMP firearms number or my provincial CFO (Ontario in this case)

Also how does the application process work? Is my application sent out to the CFO or does it stay at Miramichi?

Your app gets sent to the provincial CFO for final approval.
Call 1-800-431-7000 and they will give you a reference number that your references can then call them instead of waiting around.
