Good day NM, would you have an ETA for the Norgon ambi products. Ty.

I would buy the Troy ambi. It is far superior and doesn't take as much effort. I had the norgon but hated it every time I used it as the 'fulcrum' movement is right on the limit of actually working.
Just my opinion. All my rifles run Troy now.

Might have to go that route sick of waiting months for this product, I will wait to hear from NM before I make my move. Need the specific Norgon AR10 heavy. Does Troy manufacture AR10 specific ambi's as well? Ty.

Norgon are filling some large MIL orders at the moment, so those orders get priority over commercial.
I dont have an exact ETA, but I know our order is not in production yet.

I've had the opposite experience. The Troy ambi release sometimes lets magazines drop free while "latched", and the design has resulted in mags being dumped unintentionally due to gear snags and the like. It also rattles a lot.

Norgon style (specifically Colt Canada ones) have always worked perfectly for me. Hold all mags all the time, never had a mag get dropped due to gear impinging on or catching on it either. A magazine release should require some effect IMO. You never want it light enough that it may accidentally release a magazine.
