    2008.

It's quite light and while it didn't become a popular model, it's quite alright to shoot.

Mossberg started production of the 464 in 2008.

Haven't seen a lot of SPX's on sale though, likely because that model never really caught on.

Yes I know what year it was introduced, I am trying to find out the model year of the SPX that Soley's has for sale on there website. Unless you know that?, I appreciate your insight. Ty.

They are light and handy, and nice to shoot - although they look like a monstrosity. The sights on them though are very fragile - not just the hiviz inserts. I regret selling mine many years ago, but I don't think they are worth the going price.

Since Soley's was the only dealer that had a 30-30 in stock and are not far from me I picked up the SPX today, the sights are bright seem sturdy enough, light/maneuverable, excellent adj (LOP) I love the look although some might not agree, seems to cycle very smoothly. Glad I made the purchase thanks Soley Outdoor.

Enjoy! A few years ago on a hunt a friend knocked mine off a chair and that was enough to throw off the zero due to the rear sight.

If I may ask, did you have a scope mounted on your SPX? If so could you let me know what type as well as what type of mounts did you end up using?. Thank you in advance.

On the spx I was using iron sights, on the marine coat 464 I had, I used Weaver Top Mount (two pieces) #403 and use a cheap but functional 1-4 power Bushnell Banner.
