The SOLAR-DARK from SPYPOINT is the complete package when it comes to non-cellular cameras.

Nobody minds checking cameras when they’re pulling cards to see what bucks are in the area, but nobody likes to make trips to switch batteries.

The SOLAR-DARK uses patented integrated passive solar panel technology in unison with the 12v lithium on-board battery to deliver virtually unlimited battery life, so when you check your camera it’s for the reason you want, images.

Add to that, the lightning fast 0.07-second trigger speed and invisible LED technology for nighttime images, and the SOLAR-DARK may just be the perfect trail camera.

Sit back, relax & know you're covered. SPYPOINT trail cameras are protected by the "Know you’re covered" 2 year warranty. During this 2 year period, if the product fails, SPYPOINT will either repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

Wow - I bought some trail cameras from Canadian Tire a few months back for $50 bucks which uses 6 AA batteries from Amazon. Have not had to change out the batteries yet. Kind of hard to justify spending $250; plus if the camera were to walk away (stolen by a bear of course) I would be pissed but but would get over it.

No it wasn't. Maybe it was just my case but I did send two emails and was just disappointed they don't reply. The solar camera itself was pretty awesome and batteries stayed at 100%
