Is this part the standard ar15 part?
Mine broke trying to get it back in to a replacement carrier i ordered from kodiak.

Mine broke trying to get it back in to a replacement carrier i ordered from kodiak.
Mine was lost when I disassenble the bcg. I first made a make shift pin from a cotter pin, then replaced with a pin for ar15. My firing pin haven't fall out so far.
Yes it is a standard AR15 firing pin retaining pin.
My factory pin was fairly loose in the replacement bolt carrier I received and eventually walked out. Luckily nothing was damaged.

My retainer ejected during the first range trip, and Kodiak replaced one for free but it was still loose.
