I voted, but I like most of you I assume vote with my dollars. I will not spend a penny in that store.
I agree, it's a shame they won. But if you're like me and don't spend money on a place that stabs it's own community in the back then maybe they won't be around for long.

Sadly I don't think he's going anywhere, at least not due to the whole SAN rifle fiasco he created, it would have happened by now...

Currently at 46% chance majority. After all his shenanigans.

funny thing though, media still can't let Harper's legacy go. It's like they can't find anything on Scheer, and keep digging up Harper's imaginary skeletons.

I can't even recall what was that he did to them, IMO he was tame and always playing safe, trying to please all and ending up displeasing everyone.

Harper went to war on the media. He restricted access to parliament, rarely gave interviews, only permitted screened questions, several of his PR folks were a rabid anti CBC types, whose funding got cut under the Conservatives. Harper restricted the ability to of his ministers and backbenchers to communicate publicly without PMO approval, and also had the whole "muzzling scientists thing", which was more perception than reality but the media still hold a grudge for it.

    Just trying to clarify....
Isn't the "golden bullet award" just something from a youtube channel with 10K subs? Or am I missing something?

I have 6K subs, and I have always thought golden bullets were really crappy .22s, maybe I can make up an award and give it to bullseye (they are fantastic)

I haven't spent a dime at TSE since the fiasco and I never will. Any award given to them is an obvious sham. I could pick out nearly any shop in Canada and they would be more deserving.

Hard to land anything on Scheer.

Its like attacking the Pillsbury Dough Boy that has promised to take GST off of your Energy and Heating bills.

He's cute, cuddly, lacks negatives........hard to do.

Liberals love to demonize Conservative leaders. Here they have to look elsewhere.

They have to dig obscure speeches out of the past and hit at 'cut outs'.

So attack strawmen like Doug Ford (who is struggling with a province bankrupted by the Liberals) and Harper (again, somebody else from sometime else, history.....)

My neighbour swears that all the problems in Ontario are because of Harris. I kid you not. So I had to say "so you're telling me, that even after 15 years in power, the liberals are too inept to fix anything? Is that what you're saying?". You just can't talk sense to the lefty mindset, they are sure that all world problems are because of conservatives. They just call for more socialism, more needle exchanges and more sanctuary cities, but when that backfires.... that's Harper's fault.
