Are these Mossberg, or 870 based?
Pretty sure all Dlask shorties are 870. I don't believe they do Mossbergs.

Correct you are. We only do 870 mods.

Absolutely not, for us that would be more trouble than it's worth. They are not a drop on part and require some pretty extensive modification to fit.

These are non-restricted with a minimum 14" lop butt stock. If you put a 12" lop or pistol grip on then it becomes a pistol in the eyes of the 'experts' (Liberal lap dogs) back east and will be restricted.

Is the Serbu design/concept protected by a patent?
Would a similar folding grip that works on regular length mag tubes be hard for you guys to manufacture?

?....these action bar assemblies will work on any length mag tube. You could take it off the Super Shorty and plunk it into your 28" full size duck gun and it would work perfectly. And murder scores more ducks I might add, gangsta style. (Gotta hold it sideways though)

Thanks, for the clarification, what about the main question around patent and ease of production?
    ?
    Hard to make in Canada?

Sorry, we don't answer questions concerning production of components. As for the patent question you will need to do your own research, I have no idea.
