There is simply not way that anyone will reach the core area a US Air Force base.
Years ago, nuclear armed F111 and B52 were stationed at Plattsburgh AFB and clearly remember the painted «#red line#» at which point lethal forced was authorized.
During air shows, an armed guard was posted at every 10m or so along the line.

I suspect that a similar red-line is enforced in multiple area of the base.
In short, enter area and get arrested.
Cross the red line and get shot at!

Even US Presidents aren't read-in to what's going on within these bases. They're elected politicians with finite terms and don't have security clearance. These bases are all connected via underground rail systems and house special access programs controlled by the deep state. Even within the black ops community they're highly compartmentalized.

No unauthorized civilian is getting in there. Ever. The end.
