When do I pay taxes and shipping?

I made an order on the Canadian site and paid
I got a co formation email saying taxes and shipping haven’t been paid yet.

Do I pay that when I pick it up from Canada post? It seems to have a Canada post bar code or some other bar code in the email.

I think there should be a link in the email, or go to the website and login to your account and you should be able to find it under your orders. There will be a link in a little box that says "Pay taxes and shipping" or something along those lines

You will get an email with all the details you need, just takes a few days.

Got it! Not sure why it doesn’t charge everything all together. But logged in and was able to pay the rest!

Usually what I've had to do is sign out then sign back in and you'll see the list to pay for the rest.

Lots of people seem to get stuck at the second payment. I almost lost my mind figuring it out the first time.

I assume one payment goes to the USA side of the business and the other to the CANADIAN side. Hence the 2 seperate charges.
