Hello Everyone,
I'm pleased to join the community. I recently lost my father of 64 very suddenly (6 weeks ago), and have inherited all of his guns. I grew up gun and bow shooting and hunting with him, however had not done so that recently. We had actually been talking about beginning some skeet shooting together as a father and son activity, but I was busy with the birth of my first child over the summer and then he passed very suddenly.
Anyway, I have heard great things about this community; very respectful and reliable. I figure I should be around some people who can help me out with gun cleaning and storage, or at least point me in the proper direction.
There are some guns that I definitely will cherish, like the first gun I ever shot (Cooey .22), but there are also a couple of his guns that I think I will want to sell. I know the reality is that I will not use a couple of them at all (Browning .300).
