    What would be the appeal of this over any other precision style bolt action .308 ?

    Good god really? Are you sure they didn’t mean 10,000 Yuan? because that would make sense. That would be $2000 Canadian. Like for god sakes the gun looks like it’s got an EBay scope special.

    Looks like the Norinco Bush Ranger rifles imported years ago.

    They were part Parker Hale, part CZ and mostly junk.

    I'm not a gun snob. I have owned a few good norincos.

    I do not expect that people would find that this one was worth their money though.

    I still have my JW105, once I bedded the action, that thing shoots lasers. I would put it up against a factory 700 all day.

    X2 there's no way the PLA is issuing $10k rifles to the troops. Thats Accuracy International territory. 2k would make more sense. Esp for foreign sales
