    Which dealers are stocking this?

Bit of research, it's a Trophy bonded bear claw bullet. Could be appropriate for moose and large bears. Well at close range, it seems like a low-recoil load.
Maybe it's just because the advertised velocity comes from a short test barrel?
vistaoutdoors has data with a 24" barrel that start at 2700fps (instead of 2600) and reach much farther.

I was actually just going to comment on the velocity myself. Must be shot from an 18” or something.

Maybe even 16". It's a "Law enforcement only" product so maybe they figured most customers would use it in 16" patrol carbines. Certainly a different approach than the gas/mileage information from car builders.
