Interesting... do you happen to have a photo of the new marking?

They had the D rollmark on the ad when I saw it! We'll see when I get it in like 2 months because that's the delay it takes in Quebec to get approved!

Yeah, I brought that up in the North Sylva thread out them. I think a lot of the dealers just use the supplied photos from the distributors. It's a subtle difference but some collectors and cloners might care.

North Sylva said their lowers were D-marked. I am wondering if these Colt-marked lowers could be an one-off run or someone mixed up stamps on a foggy Monday morning. I guess, we'll see in a few weeks / months

A CGN sponsor specifically told me that CC ran into an issue recently with a batch of lowers and when they switched to new equipment/tooling they also changed out the stamp to reflect the new Colt Canada branding. Going forward "D" marked lowers would not be produced. They are going full steam Colt Canada and trying to nix all Diemaco branding. North Sylva may have ordered a large batch before this issue occurred. I'd say hold on to the "D" marked lowers if you got one. Might be a rarity soon.

Looks like it's in pretty nice shape externally. How's the barrel look??
