Essentially it is suppose to be a bit more accurate w/ the barrel bushing and a tuned trigger -which was already amazing to start with. Here:

"Turning the Shadow 2 up a notch, the biggest addition on the Orange is a barrel bushing that increases slide-to-barrel fit, resulting in tighter groups. Not as obvious is a factory-tuned trigger with short reset and the hand-fitting of the slide and frame." - www.cz-usa.com

I think most people are going to wait for the Optics Ready version; that was you can compete in both production & production optics with less hassle.

It's a very nice gun but for about the same money you can get the Tactical Sport Orange which is SAO so no long first shot trigger pull and the SAO trigger is amazing (1.8-2.2 pounds from the factory). I'm a stainless finish fan which is the only thing that stopped me from buying one (I settled for the half stainless Tactical Sport & replaced the grips , sights, etc. to get it close to TS orange configuration).
